Written performance evaluations are required for all employee as stipulated by University policy. As a reminder the mandatory due date for performance reviews is May 30, 2014.
All Civil Service, non-bargaining unit employees, will receive a 2.5% across the board salary increase. The bargaining-unit employees compensation will be as negotiated in their respective contracts.
All units are expected to provide an average salary increase of 2.5% to faculty, P&A employees, and Post Docs.
All increases for faculty, P&A staff, and Post-Doctoral Associates are to be merit-based. Increases for employees in CSE of less than 0.5% and greater than 4.5% will require a documented justification and the approval of Dean Crouch.
Salary increases for your P&A staff and Post-Docs must be sent to me by Wednesday, May 14. I have to turn them in to the Dean's office by May 16.
